Booking:


When booking through the app, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you book through personal messaging, you’ll also be asked to pay a 50% deposit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your booking — without a deposit, your appointment is not confirmed and may be given to someone else.


Cancelling:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment. If you do so within this timeframe, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of notice given. Cancellations or no shows made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in being charged the remaining balance of your appointment if deemed necessary.


Rescheduling:

We understand that unexpected things can happen. You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to two times — after that, your deposit will no longer be valid and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment
